Lithuanian government urged to restrict electricity imports from unsafe power plants

The Lithuanian government has been asked to support the civil initiative of banning purchase of electricity generated in unsafe foreign power plants. If the decision is taken, Lithuania would not import power from the Astravyets nuclear power plant under construction in Belarus and the Kaliningrad plant, if one is built in the Russian enclave in the future.
