Lithuanian foreign minister calls on Latvia to continue electricity trade talks

VILNIUS – Lithuania's outgoing Foreign Minister Linas Linkevicius has asked his Latvian counterpart to continue discussions on the Baltic country's common methodology for electricity trade with third countries.
