Lithuanian finance minister expects more environmental taxes in future

Outgoing Lithuanian Finance Minister Vilius Sapoka said on November 23 that he supports the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development's calls for introducing environmental taxes as they are less harmful to the economy. The outgoing minister said he expects the new center-right government to back such initiatives, too.
