Thirty-year-old former Lithuanian émigré Dovydas Petrosius has no regrets whatsoever about returning home to Lithuania. The exuberant man is full of confidence as he thrives in his hometown of Palanga, the picturesque Baltic seaside resort where he’s set up a successful construction business, settled into a new home and is enjoying a steady income hosting a range of social and cultural events. He also has his eye on a seat in the local municipal council and would be over the moon to get it in so he could contribute towards making the local community more prosperous.
