Lithuanian diplomat believes in Savchenko’s release

VILNIUS – The European Union’s (EU) ambassador to Moscow, Lithuanian diplomat Vygaudas Usackas, has expressed belief in release of Ukrainian war pilot Nadiya Savchenko convicted by a Russian court. The diplomat’s position came after Ukraine proposed exchanging Savchenko for Russian troops on trial in Kiev.
