VILNIUS - Lithuania's Culture Minister Sarunas Birutis of the Labour Party muddled his interests by neglecting to disclose links with the Bulgarian-registered company Agrolitas, the Chief Official Ethics Commission discovered.
"The decision we made is that the minister violated the law by failing to declare in due time his private interests in owning shares in a company in Bulgaria," the commission's chairman Romas Valentukevicius informed BNS.
