The Vilnius Regional Court has sentenced Nikolai Philipchenko, a Russian citizen, to ten years in prison for spying.
Judge Regina Pociene said that the 40-year-old man, who was detained in 2015, was an officer of Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB).
