VILNIUS - A Vilnius court today found three former members of the Soviet special police unit OMON guilty of murdering Lithuanian border guards and police officers at the Medininkai border checkpoint in 1991 and sentenced them to life in prison.
"The charge was upheld in full," Judge Jolanta Cepukeniene announced.
