Lithuania up to 35th place in corruption perception index

Lithuania went up three notches to the 35th position among 180 countries in the Corruption Perceptions Index last year after the country scored 60 out of 100 points, Transparency International announced on January 23. Lithuania saw its result improve for the first time since 2015. Since then and up to 2018, Lithuania scored 59 points each year. Lithuania ranks 15th among EU member states, with Denmark leading with 87 points. Estonia received 74 points and ranked 18th (73 points and 18th place in the 2018 index).
