Lithuania takes in four Afghans

Four local men who worked with Lithuanian troops in Afghanistan have come to live in Lithuania, with one of them still waiting for asylum, the Joint Staff of the Lithuanian Armed Forces informed. Abdul Basir Yousuf, who worked as an interpreter for Lithuanian troops in Afghanistan's Ghor Province, was the first of the men to arrive in Lithuania in April 2016.
