The Seimas of Lithuania has on September 24 adopted a resolution on the poisoning of Russian opposition leader Alexey Navalny, which states that the Kremlin is not ready to change its aggressive and cynical behaviour towards the opposition.
The document also states that Navalny's poisoning once again reminds that the construction of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline must be stopped.
