A failure of the Center of Registers' information systems due to Monday's rainstorm has paralyzed the work of notaries and has kept the users offline for the most of the week, the Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries said. Among other things, the failure has brought down E. sveikata (e-Health), the electronic health services system that is necessary for the normal functioning of health care establishments.
