VILNIUS – Lithuania's Central Electoral Commission is on Monday finishing the registration of participants of the presidential election's political campaign.

Those failing to register will not be able to submit their application documents to stand for election.

Up until now, 14 representatives have been registered participants of the political campaign, and only MP Ausra Maldeikiene early announced her decision to withdraw from the election.

The participants will be officially registered presidential candidates if they collect at least 20,000 signatures until March 28.
