Lithuania’s Defence Ministry on Sept. 20 said it was recalling Defence Attache to Russia Saulius Pikturna for family reasons, however, did not elaborate on media reports about his marriage with a Russian citizen from Crimea.
“The decision on his recall has been made in response to his plea in light of the changed family circumstances,” the Lithuanian Defence Ministry said.
