Lithuania proposes third-country electricity trade plan to Latvia, Estonia

With Latvia taking steps to move trade with third countries to its border with Russia, Lithuania's power transmission grid operator Litgrid warns that it may be difficult to ensure the security of regional supply as Latvia has only one interconnection with Russia.
