Lithuania lowers COVID-19 country ban threshold

Lithuania has lowered the threshold at which countries are considered affected by the COVID-19 pandemic to 16 cases per 100,000 people over the past 14 days, the Health Ministry said on July 24. Currently, countries with over 25 new cases per 100,000 people over the past 14 days are included in the list which is updated every Friday and takes effect on Monday, July 27.
