Lithuania expects to complete by the end of this year talks with the Russian embassy on the return of a building in Turniskes, a prestigious neighbourhood of Vilnius, that was given to the embassy for use free of charge two decades ago.
"The negotiations are expected to be completed by the end of this year. In order to complete the negotiations as soon as possible, the subject of negotiations is not being disclosed to the public," the Foreign Ministry said in a response to a question from BNS.
