According to a survey by LGBTI rights organisation ILGA-Europe, Lithuania ranks 36th among 49 rated countries in terms of LGBTI rights.
The survey shows Lithuania is doing somewhat better in ensuring LGBTI rights than the majority of post-Soviet countries. However, discrimination is still higher than Western Europe.
