Lithuanian MP Mindaugas Bastys has no plans of giving up his mandate after the Constitutional Court ruled he had violated his oath of office.
"No, I won't resign. I will leave it up to the Seimas to correct the mistake. Members of the Seimas will either dismiss it as a mistake or decide that it was not a mistake," he told journalists on Friday, December 22.
