Lithuania’s PM vows to continue fighting alcohol abuse

VILNIUS - Lithuania’s government, which on Monday approved proposals from MPs on measures to reduce alcohol consumption, will continue fighting alcohol abuse and will focus on educational activities, Prime Minister Algirdas Butkevicius has said. “I want to say that these prohibitions, which were approved on Monday, won’t solve this problem completely, in my opinion.
