Lithuanians are warming to the euro … … or at least according to a new Barometer poll. Conducted between Jan. 16 and Jan. 19, the poll finds that six out of ten people think that having the euro, which arrived in Lithuania on Jan. 1 this year, is a good thing for Lithuania — while roughly a quarter still believe its arrival and replacement of the old national currency, the Litas, is not a good thing.
