Legionnaire Remembrance Day events on March 16 in downtown Riga passed without major incidents, with no arrests made or fines issued, State Police Riga Regional Chief Juris Sulte said.
According to police estimates, around 1,000 persons participated in the legionnaire memorial events in downtown Riga.
