The anti-NATO placard that briefly appeared on a roadside ahead of the arrival of the Dragoon Ride II road march of the US 2nd Cavalry Regiment in Latvia's southeastern city of Daugavpils was an individual case which does not reflect the general public sentiment, Latvian President Raimonds Vejonis believes.
