TALLINN – A citizen of Latvia who arrived at Tallinn's Old City Harbor on Thursday presented a fake driving license at the border crossing point.
Spokespeople for the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board said the Latvian citizen, who arrived at the port by ship, presented a fully forged Polish driving license to border officers.
Since the man did not have the right to drive a motor vehicle of the relevant category, a misdemeanor proceeding was opened. After the proceedings, the Latvian national was released and another driver was found for the vehicle.
