Latvian MP produces individual opinion on investigation of "oligarch affair"

MP Andrejs Judins (For!/Unity), a member of the Latvian ad hoc parliamentary committee probing the so-called "oligarch affair" who disagreed with the final report adopted by the committee, has produced an individual opinion in which he notes indirect obstruction to the criminal investigation. Judins says that the committee had omitted from its final report a number of facts suggesting state capture through actions by several former politicians.
