Departing Latvian Interior Minister, Rihards Kozlovskis, believe Latvia will not experience social discord once it admits its quota of refugees as proposed by the European Commission.  His comments were made on Latvian National Television, in light of the incidents that took place in Cologne, Germany, on New Year’s Eve.
