Latvian Foreign Minister into isolation after COVID contact with Slovenian counterpart

Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkēvičs has put himself into self-isolation on October 23 after it emerged that Slovenian Foreign Minister Anže Logar -- who was in Riga earlier the week -- has tested positive for the coronavirus. "We have just been informed that the Slovenian Foreign Minister Anže Logar, who was visiting the Baltic States, has been diagnosed with COVID-19, we are in contact with the SPKC and we are taking the necessary measures.
