National Geographic magazine will end its publishing operations in Latvia in March 2016.
The news was revealed to BNS by Kristine Hausmane, a representative of the KPMS public relations agency.
Hausmane explained that the last Latvian-language issue of National Geographic will be published at the end of February.
The magazine was published in Latvia by ALG Periodika LV, the Latvian subsidiary of Lithuania's Alma Littera Group. ALG Periodika LV will fold cease all Latvian operations by March 31.
