Having left Lithuania for the United States in 2001, Rimvydas Baltaduonis, a resident of Utena in northeastern Lithuania, has seen his life unravel in the most amazing way. Today, he’s a Doctor of Economics and an Associate Professor in the Economics Department at Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania and, since early 2017, holds the Co-Chair position at the Joint Commission of the Lithuanian Parliament and the World Lithuanian Community.
