Having left Lithuania for the United States in 2001, Rimvydas Baltaduonis, a resident of Utena in northeastern Lithuania, has seen his life unravel in the most amazing way. Today, he’s a Doctor of Economics and an Associate Professor in the Economics Department at Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania and, since early 2017, holds the Co-Chair position at the Joint Commission of the Lithuanian Parliament and the World Lithuanian Community. He kindly agreed to talk to The Baltic Times about his role in connecting and strengthening Lithuanian ties globally.
