Latvia should maintain good economic relations with Russia - Duklavs

RIGA - Latvia would benefit from the development of its national economy and therefore should sustain good economic relations with its neighbours, including Estonia, Lithuania, Belarus, and also Russia, said Latvian Agricultural Minister Janis Duklavs (Greens/Farmers), regarding a meeting with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich.
