Latvia’s education reform will affect all schools

Latvian Education and Science Ministry has come up with a proposal on four regional blocks for schools with different requirements for the minimum number of pupils. One of the blocs is Latvia’s cities with at least 50,000 residents, such as Riga, Daugavpils, Liepaja and Jelgava.
