Latvia reports lowest Covid-19 incidence in Baltics

RIGA - Latvia reports the lowest Covid-19 incidence in the Baltic states, according to the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control data (ECDC). According to ECDC data, the 14-day cumulative Covid-19 incidence in Latvia was 239.7 cases per 100,000 residents on November 18, compared to 254.4 cases in Estonia and 765.9 cases in Lithuania.
