Latvia reports lowest Covid-19 incidence in Baltics

RIGA - Latvia reports the lowest Covid-19 incidence in the Baltic states, according to the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control data (ECDC).

According to ECDC data, the 14-day cumulative Covid-19 incidence in Latvia was 239.7 cases per 100,000 residents on November 18, compared to 254.4 cases in Estonia and 765.9 cases in Lithuania.

Since early November, the 14-day cumulative incidence has increased by 109.4 in Latvia, by 181 in Estonia and by 495.5 in Lithuania.

Since the start of the pandemic, Latvia has reported 12,102 Covid-19 cases and 146 deaths, Estonia has had 9,076 cases and 87 deaths, and Lithuania - 42,747 cases and 357 deaths.
