RIGA – Latvia has the largest number of luxury properties among the Baltic states, according to the Ria.com Marketplace real estate portal.
Ria.com Marketplace has analyzed data on real estate portals kv.ee, city24.ee, Dom.Ria.com, city24.lv, aruodas.lt and domoplius.lt.
In the price category over EUR 200,000, there are 1,973 apartments and 449 houses on sales in Riga, which is 20.1 percent of all properties in the market in Latvia. The most expensive apartment has a floor space of 400 square meters, and the price is EUR 4 million. The most expensive house is sold for EUR 4.9 million
In Tallinn the high-end category offers 1,311 apartments and 381 private homes, which is 8.4 percent of all properties on sale in Estonia. The most expensive apartment in Tallinn is of 242 square meters, and its price is EUR 1.2 million, while the most expensive house has a floor space of 328 square meters and its price is EUR 2.5 million.
In Vilnius, there are 504 apartments and 469 private homes on sale in this category or 4.9 percent of the properties in the market in Lithuania.
The most expensive apartment covers 312 square meters and its price is EUR 1.5 million, while the most expensive house in Vilnius costs EUR 2.4 million and it has a floor space of 440 square meters.
The data includes information also about Ukraine – its capital Kyiv has 1,456 apartments and 556 houses on sale in the high-end category or 1.7 percent of all properties sold in Ukraine. The most expensive apartments of 389 square meters is for sale for EUR 4.2 million, while the most expensive house with 704 square meters costs EUR 4.2 million.
