Latvia extends state of emergency until May 12

RIGA - Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Latvia has extended the state of emergency period in the country until May 12, the Cabinet of Ministers decided on Tuesday. The current state of emergency, which the government introduced from March 13, will end on April 14. With today's government decision, the state of emergency has been extended until May 12.
