RIGA - Latvia is expressing condolences to the families of victims of shooting in Canada, said Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkevics (New Unity) in his Twitter post.
He said that the murder rampage in the Novo Scotia province is shocking. "At this difficult time Latvia expresses deep condolences to our Canadian friends and allies, families of the victims, and we wish speedy recovery to the injured," Rinkevics said.
