RIGA — Latvia’s Citadele Bank has postponed its initial public offering (IPO), the bank’s representatives told BNS.
Citadele Bank has decided to postpone the IPO “due to ongoing unfavorable market conditions and the decision to assess alternative potential strategic funding opportunities,” the bank said.
