Latvian and Russian representatives will meet in Moscow in May to discuss amendments to border crossing regulations for local residents, the Latvian Foreign Ministry has reported. The consular consultations with Russia will focus on amendments to the agreement between the Latvian and Russian governments in December 2010 on border crossings for residents of the border area.
