A case involving an international drug smuggling ring has been recently sent to a Lithuanian court, Lithuanian Customs said on Thursday, June 22.
Three Lithuanian citizens are charged with large-scale drug smuggling in the case to be heard by the Siauliai Regional Court.
The Customs Criminal Service caught one of them with 5 kilograms of hashish in Siauliai. The second Lithuanian was arrested in France with 27 kilograms of hashish and the third one is currently in prison in Spain for smuggling over 400 kilograms of hashish.
