RIGA - Latvian Prime Minister Krisjanis Karins (New Unity) congratulated his Estonian counterpart Kaja Kallas with a convincing victory at the parliamentary elections in Estonia.

According to unofficial results, the Reform Party headed by Kallas gained 31.2 percent of votes, EKRE follows with 16.1 percent. In total, six political parties overcame the 5 percent barrier.
According to the central election commission data, 63.7 percent of eligible voters participated at the parliament elections in Estonia.
