Ramunas Karbauskis was re-elected as chairman of the Lithuanian Peasant and Green Union (LPGU) at the ruling party’s congress last weekend.
“There is a tremendous amount of work to do both at the Seimas and the government. But what is most important is to lead our part to a victory in local elections,” Karbauskis said after his re-election as the party’s leader for another two years.
