Janusz Wlodarczyk to become CEO of Lidl Baltics

TALLINN - Janusz Wlodarczyk, a board member and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Lidl Baltics, will take over as the CEO for the Baltic region, leading the company's operations in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

He will be taking over from Marin Dokozic, who is moving to an international leadership position within the group.

After successfully leading the Baltic region since October 2025, Dokozic is taking his career to the international level. He will move to the board of Lidl International, where he will be responsible for the Southern European country cluster. Dokozic will continue in his current role in the Baltic states until the handover is complete.

Janusz Wlodarczyk has over 20 years of extensive experience at Lidl. Since 2025, he has served as a board member and COO for Lidl in the Baltic states, playing a key role in the company's regional growth.

As part of the board-level changes, Lukasz Hejman will join the management team in June as the new Chief Operating Officer and board member. Hejman has had a distinguished 20-year career at Lidl, progressing from local regional management in Poland and Germany to senior management positions across Europe. He joins the Baltic team from Lidl GB, where he served as COO, bringing with him a wealth of experience in regional sales, supply chain logistics, and general management.

Lukasz Hejman holds a master's degree from the Faculty of Organization and Management at the Lodz University of Technology, followed by specialized studies in business administration at the University of Mainz.
