Housing affordability improves in all Baltic capitals

In the third quarter of this year, housing affordability improved in all three Baltic capitals, Swedbank representatives informed citing the latest Swedbank Baltic Housing Affordability Index (HAI). The bank’s representatives said that in the third quarter of 2018 the value of the HAI in Riga was 186 points, up 8.7 points from the respective period last year.
