VILNIUS – Hospitals in Lithuania have already incurred around 14 million euros in coronavirus-relate costs, with the majority of them to be compensated, Health Minister Aurelijus Veryga said on Friday.
"The assessment has been completed and the absolute majority of those costs are deems as eligible for compensation. The total value of submitted compensation requests not stands at around 14 million euros and the majority of it has been deemed justified costs," the minister told a press conference today.
