We hereby notify that in accordance with Section 204 (1) (b) of the BVI Business Companies Act 2004, Hivax Investments Inc. incorporated on the territory of the British Virgin Islands is undergoing the process of voluntary liquidation. The voluntary liquidation started on 21st day of November, 2017 and the liquidator is Svilen Spasov of Cyprus, 2007 Nicosia, 23 Mesaloggio.
