RIGA - The Health Ministry will assess the necessity to restrict provision of out-patient medical services in Latvia, said Health Minister Ilze Vinkele (For Development) in an interview with the Latvian public television today.
The decision might be made because of the large number of hospitalized Covid-19 patients and the restricted capacity of the health care sector.
