RIGA - Half of Latvian residents over 12 has received at least one Covid-19 vaccine dose, according to the National Health Service data and estimates drawn by LETA.
So far, 715,381 people have received the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine, while vaccination has been completed by 731,927 people. Thus, 49.91 percent of Latvian residents have received at least one vaccine does and 44.28 percent have completed the vaccination process.
On Thursday, 4,383 people were vaccinated against Covid-19, including 2,253 received the first dose, 1,777 received the second dose and 353 received Johnson & Johnson vaccine that requires a single dose.
