TALLINN - German rock band Guano Apes will close their upcoming "Free the Monkey" tour with concerts in Tallinn and Riga next fall, according to the band's website.

Guano Apes will perform at Helitehas concert hall in Tallinn on November 24, 2024 and close the tour with a performance at Palladium concert hall in Riga on November 30.

Tickets will be available for purchase starting December 8.

Guano Apes will also give concerts in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland and elsewhere in Europe.

In 2011, the band gave a concert at Summer Sound festival in Liepaja and in 2016 it participated in Kubana festival in Riga.

Guano Apes' rise to fame began in the 1990s with their breakthrough hit "Open Your Eyes". At the beginning of their career, the band made a decision not to succumb to the pressures of the music industry, prioritizing quality over quantity. As a result, nearly every other song in their repertoire became a worldwide hit, from "Open Your Eyes" and "Lords Of The Boards" to "You Can't Stop Me," "Big In Japan," and "Pretty In Scarlet."
