The German transport services group BPW united its Baltic subsidiaries including the Estonian company Gokart under its Latvian unit.
The merger involves three companies engaged in the repair and maintenance of vehicles and sale of spare parts in the Baltic States. Gokart of Estonia and Lithuanian Romasta Group were merged with Latvian Latina Baltics, Pricewaterhouse Coopers Legal that acted as adviser to the transaction said.
