Latvia has made better progress in introduction of e-government than many other countries in Europe, Andre Kuper, President of the Landtag (parliament) of North Rhine-Westphalia federal state, said during a meeting with Latvian Prime Minister Maris Kucinskis (Greens/Farmers).
