TALLINN - A price comparison of the Baltic capitals by Circle K shows that fuel prices fell in Tallinn and Riga over the week, while they rose in Vilnius.
In Tallinn, the price of 95 miles gasoline dropped by a significant 20 cents over the week, while the price of 98 miles plus gasoline fell by 10 cents and diesel by 19.1 cents. In Riga, all fuel prices decreased by 3 cents, whereas in Vilnius, they rose by 2 cents.
On Friday, 95 miles gasoline cost 1.639 euros in the Estonian capital, which was 17.5 cents cheaper than in Riga and 12 cents lower than in Vilnius. The price of 98 miles plus gasoline in Tallinn was 1.774 euros, 11 cents less than in Riga and 8.4 cents cheaper than in Vilnius.
The price of diesel fuel in Tallinn was 1.758 euros, making it 15.6 cents cheaper than in Riga and 27.1 cents cheaper than in Vilnius.
